Key activities
Himalaya panthi represents the regional office in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluation of projects, ensures transparency and accountability of financial transactions and its overall management together in a team, and in close coordination and partnership with INGOs/GO/NGOs/CBOs. Mobilising professional staffs for feasibility study & baseline survey, project proposal writing, project inplementation and reporting as per donor requirement are also some of his main responsibilities.
Background
Panthi has a Masters Degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has been with NEWAH since 1991 and has worked in different capacities. His expertise is in the field of Gender and Social Inclusion, Research and Advocacy, Training on different topics, Project and Office Management etc.
